How to remove url from Chrome autocomplete

Koen April 25, 2016 0

It happens to me sometimes entering a wrong address in the url (for example .com instead of .be). You can have many reasons why an address shows up unintended in the autocompletion of Google Chrome (an address that was entered consciously or unconsciously).

In my case, every time I navigate to te site, Google Chrome automatically completes the address with the wrong one (very anoying). A shortcut is available to delete an address from that autocompletion.

For Mac: Fn + Shift + Delete
For Windows: Shift + Delete

Enjoy surfing with a clever autocomplete function!
