Eye Dropper is a nice Chrome extension that allows you to pick a color from your current webpage. It has a feature to auto copy the RGB values to your clipboard (with or without the trailing #).

It has an integrated color picker so you can comfortably find needed colors or start from a picked color and adjust it to your needs.
